2023 AGM

BERNESE MOUNTAIN DOG CLUB OF GREAT BRITAIN

(Established 1971)

The Club’s Annual General Meeting will be held on Saturday 25 March 2023, at Claverdon Church Centre, Claverdon, Warwickshire CV35 8PD commencing at 10.00am.  Refreshments will be available from 9.30am. It is hoped the meeting will be finished by mid-day, or shortly thereafter.

ITEMS FOR THE AGENDA

Members were invited to forward proposals for the agenda following the due process required by the club’s constitution. The closing date for this has passed and the club can now issue the agenda for the AGM along with details of each specific proposal.

As well as the routine reports there are four additional proposals, 3 of which are made under the new process, proposed and agreed at last year’s AGM and subsequently approved by the KC, allowing the club committee to propose items they are in majority agreement on.
