The Club’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on
Sunday 19 April 2026
at
The Kennel Club Building, Meeting Room A, Stoneleigh, Warwickshire CV8 2LZ
commencing at
10.00am.
Light refreshments will be available from 9.30am.
It is hoped the meeting will be finished by mid-day, or shortly thereafter.
Members are advised that the Preliminary notice is now available for the above AGM and all members are invited to submit proposals to the meeting. If doing so it is expected, but not essential, that the member attends the meeting to explain and promote their proposal before it is discussed and voted on.
The AGM is the membership’s chance to hear the reports of the main officers and post holders in the club and their chance to comment on and influence the activities of the club. The AGM approves Rule and Code of Ethics changes and appoints committee members who then run the club as agents of the AGM.
Any member wishing to stand for committee is invited to obtain a Proposer and a Seconder using the paperwork below and, unless there is a sudden unprecedented rush necessitating a vote, will be automatically welcomed as part of the committee for 2026 onwards as we have long term vacancies to your under staffed hard working committee.
