28 Jul Autumn Garden Party 2022 Cancellation

Following the unfortunate power failure issues we encountered at Priors Marston Sports Club during our Spring Garden Party weekend, your committee are very sad to have to announce the cancellation of the Autumn GP, scheduled for 4 September 2022. Sadly, the compliance issues subsequently identified with the electrical supply are unlikely to have been resolved by the Sports Club by September. Of course, this club cannot take risks with our members’ safety, so your Committee have reluctantly taken the decision to cancel the event. This is such a shame since we have only just got up & running again after the Covid break.

Despite our efforts, we have been unable to secure a suitable alternative venue at such short notice.

However, don’t forget that just three weeks later we are hosting the Club’s Golden Jubilee event at Forest Oak Farm, Lydney where many of the Garden Party events will be available for everyone to enter.     Golden Jubilee home page

Your committee really looks forward to welcoming as many members as possible at this event.

We are of course still planning to host Garden Parties in 2023.
