18 Jan Jean Jones – Welshbern

The Club is saddened to learn of the passing of Jean Jones on Thursday 2nd January 2025. She passed away peacefully at home in the presence of her loving family following a long difficult illness.

Feelings are currently very raw within her family following their devastating loss so for now they need to cope with their grief and are unable to deal with anything from outside of the family; this includes cards, telephone calls, flowers etc.

Jean was very active within the breed for many years using the affix Welshbern and was a founder member of the BMD Club of Wales, of which she was Secretary for a number of years

Her funeral is to be held at 1:00 p.m. on Friday 24th January 2025 at the Aberystwyth Crematorium. Family flowers only, donations can be made to Wales air ambulance or cancer research Wales.
