Congratulations to the committee for running such a lovely weekend event. There was a lovely atmosphere, and the weather was almost perfect (a little too warm perhaps!). I was delighted with my entry and the quality of the exhibits. There were some lovely dogs shown and it was a pleasure to go over them, thank you for bringing them.

5 month old boy. Smart little puppy with lots of bone, good body, a lot of puppy coat and a lovely temperament. Round feet, bright tan, narrow blaze and dark almond eyes. A smart baby. Best Baby In Show

4 month bitch, scores highly for breed type. Feminine head and expression. Dark almond eyes. Short coupled. Well balanced. Just not the confidence of one today. But a pleasing bitch

10 month old male, a striking puppy who is full of breed type. Presents a lovely outline when standing. Lovely reach of neck flowing into a level topline, super rounded rump, well set tail carried well. Good front . Super bone, masculine head and expression but isn’t overdone. Neat feet. Pleasing dark eye and pleasing expression BPD & later BPIS. An exciting prospect.

Well balanced boy, good angulations throughout, kind expression with correct stop. Neat flews, almond shaped eye, rich tan, pleasing short loin , well sprung rib. Moved out well.

Close up to 1, just not as settled. All male, could perhaps benefit from a bit more body but only 12 months old. Neat feet, pleasing angulations, rich tan, presented in lovely condition.

4 year old boy expertly shown by his young handler. Well done! They made a great pair. This boy was in lovely coat and condition. He has a super reach of shoulder, level top line, well set tail. Tight elbows. Well off for bone, masculine head and expression. Moved well by his young handler who he was keen to please.

Such an eye catching male – and he is all male. 3 years old. Presentation superb as were all from this kennel. He presents a super outline standing, has a masculine head, rich tan markings, correct stop, and correct bite. Almond eyes giving a pleasing Berner expression. Lovely front, well laid shoulders, super reach and drive on the move and a level top line. Smart.

18 month old and also full of type. Pleasing young dog who catches the eye. Lovely outline, short loin, well balanced, and a kind expression. He was unlucky to meet 1 today

What an eye catching boy this is. He immediately takes your eye with his ring presence and doesn’t disappoint when you go over him. He presents a super outline standing, with a lovely neck, well laid shoulders, flowing into a level top line, and to a well set tail. Good front, and super bone. Moved around with style and drive, carrying his tail well. A strong alert dog who looks like he could do a day’s work too. He has a superb head with dark almond eyes giving a true Bernese expression. Top quality and presented in super condition. Delighted to award him BD & BIS

Lovely shape to this bitch but preferred the head of 1. Rich tan, well made throughout and moved really well. Balanced outline, well angulated. Shown in lovely condition, and totally at one with her handler.

Already in lovely coat, very well presented by her handler who has her in lovely coat and condition. Super neck, good topline, smoothly rounded rump. Well set tail. Rich tan, lovely head with dark enough eye. Ideal stop,. A lot to like here.
