Annual membership always runs from January the 1st to December 31st each year, regardless of initial joining date. New applications after 1st October will have their original membership extended to the end of the following year. Members will receive a renewal form at the appropriate time each year.

DATA PROTECTION STATEMENT
As a member your details, as given on your application and subsequent renewal forms, are kept on a personal computer at the home of the membership secretary. They are used by the membership secretary on behalf of the Club to produce Club Mailing labels, Membership Lists and other extracted lists, such as volunteer helpers, using information given voluntarily by individual members on membership and renewal forms. This information is not given or sold to any third parties outside the Club, except where handbooks containing the membership list, are sold at Club events . If you do not wish your details to be published in the members list, please sign the appropriate statement overleaf. Please note that failure to sign either statement means that your details will be printed as normal. As a new member your details may be printed once, usually in the next available issue of the Club magazine.
