2022 Events

Following COVID we plan to be back to our normal set of annual activities in 2022 plus the big bonus addition of our delayed special Golden Jubilee extras in September.

 

Please remember though that events can be cancelled or postponed for many reasons, such as sickness, weather related or other venue issues amongst them and sometimes these cancellations may be at fairly short notice. Therefore visitors should always check any event has been confirmed with full details published before travelling as the club cannot be responsible for any journeys made in error.

Crufts

at the NEC Nr Birmingham

(OK it is not a club event but we have a club presence at ringside and usually publish our annual handbook, take membership renewals and of course the club’s Bernershop is present for Bernese goodies and memorabilia) 

Saturday 2nd April

AGM 2022

The members’ annual chance to receive reports from key post holders then comment on and have a say on how the club is run. All paid up members are entitled to attend the AGM and, subject to the due process, place items for discussion on the agenda. This year we returned to a live format for the first time since 2019 after 2 virtual AGMs.

Spring Garden Party

The first of our two annual Bernese jamborees and usually our largest event of the year with more people and Bernese than any other.

Swiss Party

We were incredibly sorry to have to cancel our Rescue fund raiser this year but hopefully we will be able to revisit this event in some way in the future.

Sunday 4th September

Autumn Garden Party
