MID APRIL 2018 PLEASE NOTE : Due to the ongoing wet weather causing many areas to be highly saturated on the ground it is advised that if this continues then any one planning to visit the Garden Party checks prior to travel that the event is definitely going ahead. Due to travelling commitments this decision will probably have to be taken on Wednesday evening prior to the event. If it is cancelled notices will be posted here on this web site, or on our Facebook pages or failing that you can call Lianne on 07977 686455.

Please do not let this possibility deter you from booking as normal for the Garden Party as it will probably go ahead as scheduled and we continue to plan for this. Any monies paid prior to cancellation will be refunded or held over for the next event in line with your wishes.

If we do have to take this decision it will not be taken lightly as we know how many members attend and enjoy the Garden Party.

The Spring Garden Party 2018 will take place at Priors Marston Sports Club on Sunday April 29th. There will also be camping available at the site from Thursday lunchtime until Monday lunchtime. If you haven’t been to a Garden Party it should be on your ‘bucket list’ of things to do with your Bernese! Come along and meet friends old and new. All breeds of dogs are welcome. Learn about the breed and enjoy lots of fun for you and your dogs.

The Spring Garden Party is for every Bernese and their owners. Basically it is a huge Fun and Working Day combined when you can take part in, or simply enjoy watching, hundreds of Bernese involved in Carting, Decorated and Working, Agility, Obedience, Good Citizens, usually character Assessments and the Main Ring has lots of parades, demonstrations and Fun events as well the extremely popular Rescue and Golden Oldie parades where we get to hear the sometimes tear jerking stories of some of our dogs.

On Saturday 28th carting training and guidance will be available from the Working Cart Group and other activities to pass the day with your dogs. In the evening the Saturday night Pre Garden Party Party with food and music will take place, under new management on this occasion, so don’t miss out and stay for the week-end.

There will be lots of activities throughout the day including 3 carting classes:-
