All members are advised of their invite to the Club’s Annual General Meeting which will be held in the morning of
Sunday 19 April 2026
at 10.00am
at The Kennel Club Building, Stoneleigh Park, Warwickshire CV8 2LZ
The meeting room will open, and drinks and light snacks, will be available from 9.30 a.m.
In accordance with the process laid down in the constitution, proposals or nominations were invited from the membership following the time frame and due process laid out in the constitution. The deadline for their submission has now passed and only items notified in advance may be placed on the agenda and discussed. All paid up members are invited to attend and hear the reports from various officers and committee then join in the discussions and votes.
The meeting Agenda is therefore now available from the link below and will be mailed to all paid up members in the forthcoming mailing.

If planning to attend please notify the Secretary to give us an idea of numbers for layout, printing and catering.
Please note there are two club Championship Shows being held in the building so parking will only be available in the official parking areas. Please follow any guidance from parking marshals.
