01 Mar Club Membership Process
All new and existing members are advised that the club continues to have some issues with its web site processes. This time it appears a small (unknown) number of membership renewals and new applications have not had their details passed on to the Membership Secretary. On completion of the online membership process the applicants will have received their automatically generated messages from the web site as normal and consequently will have no idea there is the problem that the corresponding message has not always been sent to Lianne. (The system is faulty to allow this to happen as it should not be possible).
As they are made separately to this process the payments have experienced no such problems and Renewals can usually be matched up to existing members via the payment reference used and the problem is therefore less impactful for most renewals.
Whilst we continue to look into this and hope to understand and solve it soon, if you have applied for a New Membership, maybe since Christmas, and after 2 weeks not received a reply, other than the immediate auto response on first application, please contact the Membership Secretary Lianne Marsden by email
