18 May 2017 Spring Garden Party

Following a heavy nights rain in the early hours of Sunday morning we were very fortunate that the weather was kind to us for the day. At times overcast with a light breeze meant the temperature was ideal for the dogs and the occasional sunny spell warmed up the humans. As ever the committee would like to thank all the people who helped in anyway during the weekend either setting up, clearing up or during the actual events. We would also like to thank all of our judges, stewards and assessors who give up their time. In the main ring the novelty classes were judged by Mick Bramble and the decorated Carts by Pam Mead. During a break in the classes Lucinda Hughes gave an obedience demonstration with her dog Burley which grabbed the attention of many. In other rings the obedience classes were judged by Paul Tennant, the agility classes by Rebecca Berrill and the working cart classes by Di Crawshaw.
