BMD CLUB OF GB BREED CHAMPIONSHIP SHOW – SATURDAY 29 AUGUST 2026

CHANGE OF JUDGE (STRKCA)

Members will be aware that the judge for our Emerald Anniversary Club Championship Show was published in the 2026 Club Handbook as breed specialist Mr Ben Taylor from Australia.

Sadly, for a number of reasons, not least the escalating cost of fuel and the ongoing situation in the Middle East, Ben is unable to travel to the UK this year.

We hope Ben may be able to travel here in the future but for this year we have agreed that our nominated 2027 judge, breed specialist Richard Hallam (Oldberne) will now judge for us on 29 August 2026 at Hollowell Steam Rally site, near Northampton, as part of our Autumn Garden Party weekend. Currently this change is subject to Royal Kennel Club Approval (STRKCA).
